I’m thrilled to introduce you to my new artist website, a space where my creative journey unfolds in two distinct yet interconnected paths. As an artist, I work in both abstract and plein air painting, each offering a unique expression of my vision. My website reflects this duality, inviting you to explore two complementary aspects of my work.

Abstract Art: A Journey Through Solar Variants One section of my website is dedicated to my abstract series, Solar Variant. These paintings dive into themes of energy, symbolism, and interconnectedness, drawing inspiration from the Zia symbol, the Peruvian currency Sol, and the viral structures that echo the sun’s radiance. This body of work is deeply personal, a fusion of color, form, and emotion that invites contemplation and interpretation. My abstract practice happens inside the studio, where I can fully immerse myself in the creative process and experiment with new techniques and ideas.

Plein Air Painting: Capturing the Spirit of the Land The other half of my website is devoted to my plein air paintings, where I step outside the studio and immerse myself in the natural landscapes of the Sacred Valley and beyond. These works are an immediate response to the environment, capturing the shifting light, vibrant colors, and raw beauty of the world around me. Each painting is a moment frozen in time, a reflection of place and experience. Plein air painting happens outdoors, where I embrace the spontaneity of nature and the challenges of working with changing conditions. I also love the technical aspect of plein air painting—the selection of the right easel, brushes, and portable palettes, as well as the challenge of setting up in various terrains and lighting conditions. The gear becomes an extension of the process, allowing for adaptability and deeper engagement with the landscape.

Both of these artistic approaches are integral to my practice. Whether you are drawn to the structured chaos of my abstract pieces or the spontaneous beauty of my plein air landscapes, I hope my website offers an engaging experience that resonates with you.
